A few years ago, we had a senior couple as clients, who hired us for a limited time for spring cleaning. At the end of the work they thanked us greatly, since their house had never been this clean, they told us that they no longer had the energy to do it themselves and their family did not have time, after this they told us several anecdotes about their daily life , we stayed with them an hour longer than contracted and when we said goodbye we began a beautiful friendship, not only because of the service provided, but because of the coexistence we shared with them. That experience taught us that older adults need and appreciate attention not only as a commercial exchange but for the love that is given, after all, serving others is giving them love.
